The "Modern Family" star reveals she was pretending to be in labor on the set of "Boston Legal" when her water broke.
She tells More magazine, "I was grunting and groaning. They're like, 'Cut!' and my water breaks, and I'm standing in a puddle."
A crew member was assigned to take her to hospital - but Bowen insisted on going home first, so she could wash off her make-up and change because she was afraid the admitting staff "would think I was Froot Loops (crazy), showing up in my own hospital gown with full hair and make-up."
